2. What data we collect and why

We collect only the data you provide yourself in the contact form: your name, e-mail address and the message (optionally a subject). We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you.

We do not profile you, make automated decisions, or use the data for marketing.

3. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box next to the form — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Additionally, our legitimate interest in handling correspondence — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).

4. Retention period

We keep the data for as long as needed to reply and handle the correspondence, and for up to 12 months afterwards — unless longer retention is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. Recipients

The data may be processed by our service providers acting on our behalf (processors), in particular our hosting and e-mail provider — OVH sp. z o.o., ul. Powstańców Śląskich 9, 53-332 Wrocław. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

6. Cookies

The website uses only one technical (strictly necessary) session cookie (PHPSESSID), set only on the contact page to secure the form (abuse protection). Such a cookie does not require consent. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and fonts are self-hosted — the site does not send your data to third parties for these purposes.

7. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data and obtain a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
